    Amazing Product and Customer Support

    I've had my PB-1000 for a couple years, and it's cranked out great sound. However, after a recent brownout, my poor sub was dead. SVS's amazing customer support team helped me get a warranty-covered amplifier replacement shipped. Following their instructions, I was able to replace the amplifier and get my trusty sub back up and running. Awesome company.
