When will points appear in my account?
SVS SoundPoints will appear in your account 45 days after purchase, unless product(s) have been returned.
Where do I see the how many points I have?
Log in to your account for an updated balance.
Do I have to spend a certain amount to use points?
No. Points can be applied to orders of any value.
Do I earn points for buying gift cards?
Gift cards are excluded from SoundPoints rewards. All other products, including SVS Outlet Store earn points.
Does it cost anything to join?
The SVS SoundPoints VIP Rewards program is free to join and use.
What if I already have an account with SVS?
Current SVS account holders will automatically be enrolled in the SoundPoints Rewards program and start earning with future purchases.
Do SoundPoints expire?
Points are redeemable for 2 years from the date they were added.
