Impressive sturdy Stans
I like these stands. They are more attractive than I thought they would be. They are not just flat black paint but have a nice, mottled finish. They were easy to assemble though the manual could have worded things better to make it more obvious. The feet are numbered to allow you to sort them but it wasn't clear in the manual. These are really nice heavy duty stands. The wire routing is done through two thin plastic pieces that are effective but the wires will show and can't be routed through the tubes. Also, the information / photos of the stands don't make it clear they use two 2" tubes for each stand. It looks good but it was a surprise when I opened the box.
Stands not suited for Prime Satelite
The stands are well constructed and beautifully finished. They are however not suited to accept the Prrime Satelite speakers, which I was advised by an SVS consultant to purchase for this specific speakers, as: 1) The mounting base plates are much larger than the speaker base which creates a very unprofessional look, and 2) The speakers have no mounting capability to secure them on the stands.
Great speaker stands with one flaw
Experience wasn’t pleasant at first trying to put them together instructions aren’t clear and was not happy they don’t cover the whole speaker bottom these are advertised as a perfect fit for the ultras but they are solid and look good
Perfect for me
Nice product. Can't go wrong with made out of metal. Highly recommend filling with sand. Biggest thing I liked is the feet and the curved bottom allowed me to put it right over my intake on my furnace grate on the floor
Perfect Match for Ultra Bookshelf
Fantastic match with Ultra Bookshelf in piano white. Easy to construct. Very sturdy, but not overwhelming heavy. Highly recommend filing with dry sand to remove resonance, but otherwise excellent. Great balance between functionality and price.

The Sanus premium bookshelf speaker stands do not physically attach to the loudspeaker.
If the sound system is in a high-traffic area and you have cats and children, there is always a chance the speaker/stand could be accidentally tipped over.
In situations like yours, you may want to consider a floor standing tower speaker instead, which would typically be more stable and less susceptible to accidental tip over.
